1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Stephernicus.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (referred to as "TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice. You may review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: http://stepherniacus.com/tos.htm.
1. DESCRIPTION OF STEPHERNIACUS.COM
Stepherniacus.com is your one stop shop for commercial advertisement and freelance web design. Stepherniacus.com is your design agency for T-Shirts, Mugs, Mouse pads, Calendars, Business Cards, Flyers, Billboards, etc…
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
When licensing web design work from Stepherniacus.com there will be an arranged meeting in person to discuss the project. After which the work will begin. When the site is ready for review it will arrive as a series of JPG images that overview what each page on the site will appear as. It is here when all changes that are necessary are to be announced. Because when Stepherniacus.com gets the "everything is perfect" message, she will code. And if something is wrong after the coding has been done. It takes twice as long to produce the site.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
When using anything designed from the Stepherniacus.com brand the distribution rights are maintained by Stephanie Williams. No reproductions and or plagiarizing from any design or marketing campaign what so ever. It is the policy of www.Stepherniacus.com to respond expeditiously to claims of intellectual property infringement. www.Stepherniacus.com will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA")
4. PUBLIC CONTENT
When you license design work from www.Stepherniacus.com the product is yours for life. However all the intellectual property segment of this TOS is trying to punctuate is the fact that if you try to reproduce or change something on that work, you are infringing on my name. All freelance web design is too covered for life and I would be happy to trouble shoot any future problems regarding its use free of charge.
5. LIMITATION OF RE-USE
When you license work weather it be commercial print or web design from Stepherniacus.com you are licensing it for one(1) brand. If your brand changes name in the future no changing of the brand without the consent of Stepherniacus.com is allowed.
6. LEGAL RESTRICTIONS
This agreement shall be constructed and controlled by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising hereunder will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Each member agrees to personal jurisdiction by tile state and federal courts of the State of California. www.Stepherniacus.com reserves the right to change, modify or update this TOS agreement at any time without notification. Freelance distribution of works created by Stephanie Williams and the use of resources contained within www.stepherniacus.com constitutes full agreement and acknowledgement of the restrictions, limitations and terms set forth in this agreement.
